⏳ Pre-Order & Delivery Timeline

• Production Time: 10-15 Days (Building, Testing, Packing).
• Shipping: We partner with DHL Express for reliable worldwide delivery.
• Estimated Delivery: While DHL often delivers within 5 to 9 days worldwide, we set a safe estimated timeline of 15 to 25 days max to account for customs and logistics. You will receive tracking info as soon as it ships.

📋 Important Pre-Order Policies

• Made-to-Order Policy: As we purchase materials and begin construction immediately after payment, no refunds or returns are accepted for custom glider orders. 
• Quality Guarantee: We stand by our craftsmanship. Every wing is flight-tested before shipping. If there is a manufacturing defect, contact us immediately.
• Shipping & Damage: We pack with extreme care, and DHL is highly reliable. However, shipping damage is the responsibility of the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please file a claim directly with DHL. We are happy to help communicate and provide documentation, but we cannot offer refunds or compensation for carrier damage.

Limited Warranty:

1. Manufacturing Defect Warranty: While we do not offer returns, we do warranty against manufacturing defects. If the glider arrives with a stitching error or structural fault, contact us within 48 hours.
2. Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to cancel orders if materials become unavailable
