Due to the custom, digital, and made-to-order nature of our products, our refund policy is strict but fair. Please read carefully before purchasing.
Definition of Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Custom and made-to-order items include, but are not limited to:
- 3D printed parts and kits
- Assembled products
- Painted or finished fuselages
- Customized RC components
- Any product manufactured, assembled, or finished specifically after an order is placed
These items are produced exclusively for the customer and are not mass-stocked or resold.
1. Digital Products (STL Files, Design Downloads)
- No refunds or returns once the download has been initiated.
- We can verify via backend logs whether a download occurred.
- Only exception: If no download has taken place within 72 hours of purchase, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or exchange.
- Expired links? You must contact us within 48 hours of purchase to request reissuance. After that, repurchase may be required.
⚠️ All digital sales are final upon download initiation.
2. Physical Made-to-Order Products
All physical items are custom-produced after direct confirmation with you. We:
- Share photos/videos during production
- Confirm color, specs, and approval before printing
- Pack items securely and ship via DHL Express Worldwide.
Once shipped, all sales are FINAL.
No returns. No refunds. No replacements.
3. Shipping & Damage
- Shipping damage? → You must file a claim directly with DHL or your local carrier.
- We do not compensate for shipping damage, loss, or delays.
- We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout (optional).
- If you decline insurance, you assume full risk during transit.
4. Our Error (Extremely Rare)
If we mistakenly ship the wrong item, and you report it within 72 hours with:
- Clear photos
- Unboxing video (required for all claims)
→ We may accept a return only if:
- Item is returned in original, undamaged condition
- Packed securely using original or equivalent materials
- You pay 100% of return shipping, customs, duties, and taxes
Upon safe receipt and inspection, we may refund the product cost only (shipping fees are never refunded).
If the item arrives damaged or incomplete, no refund will be issued.
5. Missing Small Parts
In the rare event a component or part is missing, we will resend the part at our expense—no return required.
6. Cancellations
- Before production (Printing) begins: Full refund possible.
- After printing/sourcing starts: No refunds. Partial builds or sourced parts will be shipped to you at your cost.
7. Non-Refundable Scenarios (All Physical Orders)
We do not refund for:
- Change of mind
- Inability to assemble or fly the model
- Dissatisfaction with color or finish
- Lack of required tools or skills
- Customs delays or fees
- Shipping costs (always non-refundable once booked)
8. Proof of Issue
To be eligible for any consideration, you must provide:
- Unboxing video showing condition upon opening
- Clear photos of the issue
- Report submitted within 72 hours of delivery
Claims without video evidence will not be reviewed.
9. Services Refund and Return Policy
Due to the nature of digital marketing and content creation services, all purchases are subject to the following refund policy:
a. Before Service Commencement: A full refund may be issued if the service has not yet started.
b. After Service Commencement: Once any part of the service has begun (including planning, content creation, filming, editing, or campaign setup), no full refunds will be issued.
Partial refunds may be considered only at our discretion and subject to mutual agreement, based on the stage of work completed and resources already invested.
c. Product-Based Campaigns (Physical Items): For collaborations involving physical product shipments:
- Once the product has been received and work has started (e.g., filming, testing, or preparation), full refunds are no longer applicable.
- If partial work has been completed (e.g., filming or editing), any eligible refund will be adjusted after deducting production and operational costs.
- Once content has been published and/or advertising campaigns have been initiated, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
All shipped products are considered non-returnable.
If a return is required by the client, it must be:
- Fully arranged by the client
- Collected via courier pickup
- Shipped at the client’s expense
d. Non-Product Services (Digital Services Only): For services that do not involve physical products:
- Once the service has started, no refunds (full or partial) will be issued.
- If the service has not started, a full refund may be provided upon request.
e. General Terms: By purchasing any service, the client acknowledges and agrees to this policy. This policy is designed to ensure fairness while protecting the time, effort, and resources invested into each project.

We take immense pride in quality and communication. By the time your order ships, we’ve ensured you approved every detail. Thus, post-shipment changes are not feasible—and that protects both of us.
