AliShanMao RC, https://alishanmaorc.com, is the official RC brand of AliShanMao, owned and operated through his registered business, Createc Solutions FZ LLC, based in the United Arab Emirates.
By accessing or using https://alishanmaorc.com, or by purchasing any digital or physical product, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Your use of AliShanMao RC’s website, products, and services constitutes full acceptance of these terms, including our policies on intellectual property, licensing, refunds, and liability.
2. Intellectual Property & Licensing
All content, designs, STL files, product models, logos, and digital assets are the exclusive intellectual property of AliShanMao / Createc Solutions FZ LLC and are protected under UAE Copyright Law (Federal Law No. 38 of 2021) and international treaties.
- Digital Products (STL Files):
Purchased under a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only, in accordance with the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0) license. See Our NDA For Digital Files here - You may:
- 3D print the design for your own use
- Modify it for personal projects (but not redistribute the modified file)
- You may NOT:
- Resell, share, upload, or distribute the files (original or modified)
- Use the design to produce items for sale
- Claim ownership or authorship
All files contain digital watermarking for traceability. Unauthorized use will be pursued legally.
3. Digital Products – Nature & Delivery
- These are non-physical, downloadable files (e.g., STLs).
- No physical item will be shipped.
- A secure download link is provided after payment.
- It is your responsibility to download and save files within 72 hours.
- We are not obligated to reissue links after expiration, except at our sole discretion.
4. Physical Products – Made-to-Order Nature
- All physical items (e.g., 3D-printed RC parts, custom builds) are custom-made per order.
- Production begins only after confirmation with you via message/email.
- We maintain records of all pre-shipment communications and approvals.
- Colors, materials, and specifications are as confirmed during ordering. PLA is standard unless otherwise agreed and paid for.
5. Customer Responsibilities
You acknowledge and agree that:
- You possess the skills, tools, and knowledge to assemble, install, and operate RC products.
- Assembly instructions are not included; however, free video tutorials are available on our YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/@alishanmao
- No hardware (screws, glue, electronics) is included unless explicitly stated.
- Minor surface variations are inherent to 3D printing and do not constitute defects.
6. Warranty Disclaimer
All products—digital and physical—are provided “as is”, without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to:
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Compatibility with your printer, software, or RC model
- Performance, durability, or merchantability
We do not guarantee outcomes based on your printing, assembly, or flying skills.
7. Limitation of Liability
AliShanMao RC and Createc Solutions FZ LLC shall not be liable for:
- Printing failures due to your equipment or settings
- Assembly errors, flight crashes, or misuse
- Shipping delays, damage, or loss (see Refund Policy)
- Customs duties, taxes, or import restrictions
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
8. Customer Support
- Free basic support is available via email for download, printing, or assembly guidance.
- Paid VIP support (e.g., 1-on-1 video calls) is available for complex issues—quoted separately.

9. Data Privacy
We collect only the information necessary to process orders and deliver products. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties, except as required by law or shipping carriers.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of changes.
